REMINDER:  All owners are responsible for their unit's Gas, Water & Sewer bills, even when you lease it out and they put utilities in their name.   Keep that in mind when taking a deposit - that the billing cycle is reporting on usage from almost two months before.  A late fee of $10 is added if paid beyond the due date.
