Building #11, which houses Units #85 thru #92

The building will be undergoing replacement of the roof.  This building was chosen to be the first (in a long line of replacements planned over the years for the complex) for the constant roof leaks and repairs needed over the last couple years. This was also the  recommendation by our maintenance contractor as being noted as the roof in the worst condition in the complex.
