TO ALL OWNERS/TENANTS at Camelot Court Condominiums (King Arthur Blvd/King Arthur Court/Merlin Drive & Lancelot Lane)

NOTICE: Please be advised that the Association has hired Buckeye Asphalt Maintenance & Sealcoating to repair some sections of King Arthur Blvd/Court as well as sealcoating.  We will also post signs to assist in reminders to remove your cars on the necessary days. 

NOTE:  the Association is not responsible for any tar or splashing on cars not moved and will not reimburse any towing expenses.

Anticipated schedules are as follows (see map below for area details):

Patching - Tuesday, Sept 10^th (afternoon) (Purple)

Note:  It looks like all patches are in the roadways.  The only exception would be the big one at the entrance.  Cars parked in the parallel spaces beside the large patch will need moved, but we advise that all cars should be moved to other “VISITORS” spaces in the complex during the patching work. As previously noted, the Association will not be responsible for any damages.

Sealcoating:

Phase 1 - Wednesday, September 18th (Yellow)

Phase 2 - Friday, September 20th  (Red)  

Note: All cars must be moved on the posted day of the area being sealcoating.
